Arms Cheap. Wobbly within 1st year.

Very unhappy. Purchased for the school guidance conference room and after one year's use most of the chairs have loose arms and one has a broken arm. These were described as sturdy with 15 year warranty. We purchased similar chairs in the past that have arms well attached and the arms have not loosened at all.
