Very frustrated... the chair is supposed to tilt, but it is impossible to adjust the tension. Also arm rests adjust up and down, but are not easily adjustable inward or outward.

Service and delivery comments:

Delivered with broken parts which the manufacturer replaced but left the chair unusable for 3 weeks until the replacement parts arrived.

This chair was purchased for an employee that spends a lot of time on his computer. He is not a big guy, and he is definitely not hard on chairs, however this chair literally fell apart. The "lumbar support" was questionable at best, and then it pulled apart from the back of the chair. One of the wheels broke, and now they say they can't get me replacement parts for 6-8 weeks! Obviously I am not the only one that has problems with this chair. Do not buy if you need something durable!
