These task chairs are used by our secretaries. Over the past three years I have purchased about twelve of these chairs. The chair is sturdy, wears well, and the seats have not lost their cush. For this quality of chair the price point is very good. There are enough adjustments possible to meet the ergonomic needs of most users. A small/short user could benefit if a slider seat option is included, however, not having the slider on the standard chair helps keep down the price so I do not suggest making that option standard on the chair.
