This chair is comfortable for those who will not use it more than 4-5 hours a day. I use this at work so I am sitting in it 8 hours a day. My tush starts to hurt after lunch and start to feel the need to get and up walk around. This could be reconciled by added cushion. The back offers great lumbar support. I have back problems and sitting in this chair does not affect my back. It was very easy to assemble, all the tools needed come with the chair and it together in about 10 minutes. Overall its a great chair, like I said, the tush could use more padding but other than that I love it! I do suggest going to the Staples store to purchase. Its advertised on here at [$] but I got it in store for [$]. Exact same chair.

I use this every day at work. Somehow, I keep finding myself in a slouched position. I straighten myself up and scooch back in the seat, and a few minutes later I'm slumped again. I do not have this problem in other chairs.

It's a nicely built chair, but evidently its ergonomics are not a good fit for me. It might be a matter of body type (tall and thin) or of trying to pull up close to a desk with a keyboard. Try before you buy.
