Comments about Office Star™ Traditional Queen Ann High-Back Executive Chair:

I bought this chair three years ago - with a five year limited warranty. Now the seat surface started with one small crack and within two weeks had a dozen cracks. The chair has had light useage, no overweights etc. When I contacted Staples they asked for the receipt. I had the Discover card statement which clearly showed when where and how much paid. They refused it, claiming only the actual recepit can get warranty service. Don't know which bothers me more - being sold a poorly made chair or the way I was treated when I had a problem.
