Overall the chair is great. Assembling was a bit challenging. The bolts and tools were a little tricky to tighten. The bolt heads strip very easily with the hex wrench provided. I over tightened one screw a bit and the wood cracked a little. The screw was not that tight when it cracked.

I like this chair. 1 of its casters broke as I was assembling it so I've replaced all 4 with metal rather than plastic and am very satisfied. With a cushion and its wood finish, it fits nicely into an office with a homey environment.

This was the most comfortable chair of it's type that I tried while shopping around ~ and less expensive than some ~ I bought it as a surprise for my husband and he loves it. Looks great in his new home office.
