Q: is there a way to adjust the angle of the seat? I feel it is tilted too much forward, almost feels like I'm going to slide off. Asked on 11/29/2010 by Anonymous Know the answer? Answer this question 2 answers A: Unfortunately, no. The only thing you can do is loosen the tension from the front, then use your back to lean it. Keep both feet on the floor, as in the proper typing position. Works for me! Good luck. Answered on 12/7/2010 by Bev the Buyer from Ocala, FL A: I know what you mean! I had the same feeling at first, but chairs that pitch you slightly forward are actually more ergonomically correct. Having your hips slightly above your knees gets the weight off your tailbone. However, I got rid of the sensation like this: 1. Adjust the tilt tension with the big knob on the bottom front of the chair. 2. There are three (3) screws that secure the back of the chair to the seat. Remove the two (2) fixed screws and adjust the single remaining center screw, which is in a slot, to increase the seat depth. Hope that helps! Answered on 12/14/2010 by Sherri from Columbus, OH
