  These stamps do not have covers over the bottom- the bottom is open but the ink does not dry out. Thanks

Q:
You said to remove the "top" of the stamp. Are you referringto the bluehandle? It does not feel like it will come off. Do I need to twist it?

Can you explain how to do this. It does not come with refills. It says re-inkable. I have another that has a refill that I put ink on and replace. This style does not, or at least I don't know where it is.

  Yes this item does not come with refills but it is re-inkable. This does not require new stamp pads instead you gently remove the top of the stamp you may have to give it a quick hard tug. Once you remove the cover you will see a small opening. Simply use on of the ink refills (for example sku 321804 (red ink refill) and add a couple of drops and you should be fine. you do not want to overfill the ink by using more than a couple of drops. Thanks
