                OKI is the WORST printer I have ever owned. It was sold to us by Staples as the best printer for high volume printer. Staples has not honored service contract and I am stuck with a pricey printer that requires pricey ink that does not work 1/2 the time! This was NOT EASY.

                  • Q:

                    I own an Oki C3400n laser printer. Every time I replace the toner it seems to give me less printed pages. Do I need to replace the drum and the toner cartridge as a complete unit or do I only replace the toner cartridge only? I noticed that you sell the drum cartridges that yield 15k pages and the individual toner cartridge that can yield 1k - 2k pages. Can you explain the difference on the two? They are similar in price.

                      The cartridge and drum are replaced separately. The drum unit fuses the toner onto the page.
