A better buy than some off-brand cartridge drums as they don't always fit properly and when they fail, it's wo weeks to get a replacement. With Staples if I order the wrong part I can return it same day no questions asked. Staples delivers non-stocked parts in two to three days. Also, Staples rewards makes up for the so-called on-line 'discount'

OKI is the WORST printer I have ever owned. It was sold to us by Staples as the best printer for high volume printer. Staples has not honored service contract and I am stuck with a pricey printer that requires pricey ink that does not work 1/2 the time! This was NOT EASY.
