      As per the manufacture Olympus, no this Olympus M.Zuiko Digital 17mm f2.8 Wide Angle Lens will not fit on your Olympus E450 camera. All the M Zuiko series will unfortunately not work on the E series cameras. However the series without M will work on the Olympus E series.
