I like to use these for statements from various financial institutions that already have 3 holes punched in the paper. It is just as easy as using a file and keeps them in order.

Excellent for classes with large class materials. Why carry a large 3 ring binder when you can conveniently bring only the relevant material, all while keeping in nicely organized and protected.

I go to grad seminars where we have to read/print a ton of articles. These covers keep everything in place w/out the heaviness of a 3-ring binder. They're also much easier to stack in the bookcase or in boxes when it's time to move.

Please advise th difference between this product and the Oxford Model 12902

- A:
  Esselte, which makes the Oxford line of PressGuard brand report covers, only makes two models of these covers, a top hinge and a side hinge, so there should be no difference. However, the model given, 12902, is not Esselte's model number for the PressGuard brand, which are specially coated, but for their standard pressboard covers.

  No it would not be the same product; however I did find the item you are looking for. It would not currently be stocked on Staples.com though. To order you would want to contact us at 800-333-3330 and reference item number ESS12702. The difference is that the ESS12702 has a Prong Clip and the 907586 has a two-piece adjustable fastener.

Does this product come with a 3 hole fastener? I need to transfer yearly information from a large 3 ring binder to this type of product for space saving archival storage - without having to re-punch for two holes. Need at least a 3 inch capacity.

  Unfortunately we do not carry this product in 3 hole punched with this capacity, the only 3 hole punched report covers we carry are 1/2" capacity such as item # 905424 but these only will hold up to 100 sheets. Our 3" capacity will hold your needs but they are only 2 hole punched. Thanks

  We do not carry this particular product without fasteners. This product does have inside pockets however. For punchless report covers have twin pocket portfolios such as item # 431488. For additional options please contact our customer service department @ 1-800-333-3330. Thanks

I am looking for a report cover that has an ACCO type simple fastener at the top, not the side. Is this such a product, and if not can you tell me which product is? I recall buying 2-packs of such covers in-store, but can't remember what the product was called. Thank you.
