This is the BEST binder to hold and store schoolwork at the end of the year. I simply pull the papers out of the three ring binders and place them in this cover. Then, I label the front with a Sharpie marker. It will hold as much or as little as necessary, and still lie flat. I've used them for years, first in college, and now for my kids, to keep past school notebooks intact. My old college notes are in as good condition as they were the day I packed them up.

These pressboard covers are getting harder to find, and I can only find one color (blue). I understand their primary use is for continuous feed computer printouts, and those printers are becoming obsolete. I hope they don't stop making these binders! I've never found anything else that will do what I want.

Report Cover

The metal pieces that hold the binder sections together need to fasten better for long term use. Large documents don't fit well.

These folders are central to my work, but the price is essentially fixed across the market by the very few manufacturers of this item.

And don't look for discounts: the manufacturers don't allow it.

And that fixed price -- probably illegal -- is way beyond the value of the product.

I like to get these to file pre-punched investment or bank statements. This can be easier to use than binders if you don't need to take out and move things. I also like it that they have post consumer recycled paper content. Let's save some of those trees!

Working copies are in 3 ring binders that do not well fit file drawers. I put history copies of 3 hole papers in this product so it fits in file cabinet for 7 years.
Product is a little to good and too pricey for my use but can't find anything better. Have been using the product for many years.
