We made some changes to our AT&T phone service that included wireless connection for phone calls while retaining out DSL access for the computers. While the AT&T tech did troubleshoot the fact that we did not have phone access for several days, after he left we realized that we still didn't have printer ability and FAX. Carl came out and figured out the printer problem quickly, then explained that because the phone was now on wireless, the fax would not be able to connect. Luckily, fax transmission is rarely used these days (but we just happened to have a form that needed to be faxed that day).

Carl also checked our older laptop and found viruses even though we have a commonly used antivirus program. We went ahead and sent the computer back with him to be cleaned up. Carl and Justin both were professional in all our conversations and clearly want to make sure that customers are 100% satisfied with their service.

Took it in on Thursdayto get checked- was told someone would call. No call went in person on Monday, gentleman not there. Manager on duty said waiting for price. He couldn"t access needed password reset for their computer. Called that night still waiting on reset. no call back went in person following Thursday original gentleman back, he couldn't give me price either. Told me I could Google myself to get estimate. They have my computer and are getting paid to fix!! Another poor guy who works there tells me if it was his he would just take it home after all this. Went back that night to get phone number to call Staples, noone in store seemed to know how to contact customer service. Took my computer home, wasted $50 for them to look at it,but lesson learned. Should have known better guys were standing around every time I walked in the door. Never actually saw them "work" on anything.

I had my computer in for repair. I picked it up Sunday because I called and was told it would soon be ready. I was notified by Staples on Tuesday that my computer was ready for pickup - 2 days after I had already picked it up. An excellent example of poor customer service. Good thing I had called them.

It took over a week to fix my computer.
Every time I went in to pick it up there was one tech on with a long wait.Twice I waited for over 20 minutes had to leave before they could help me.
There were a lot of people in(workers) in the back room including a manager.I asked him if he night help me or someone else could come help. He was very unfriendly (second time) and no one came out to help. I was raised that your customers always come FIRST !Obviously the manager was not taught this,. He did not seem the manager type. Very little personality, not very outgoing or helpful!
The third time I came to pick up my computer it still was not working. I had received an email as well as a phone call that it was fixed, and to come pick it up. The tech had to spend another 20 minutes fixing it while once again I had to wait.
