Purchased this card for my GoPro2 HD camera. I chose the class (10) so I could record HD1080. To my surprise, the card was not able to record fast enough and my HD footage is choppy and incomplete. I have since purchased another MFG class (10) card and finally able to use my camera without problems.

              Its a great card especially for shooting sports, action, kids at play, race cars, etc...and especially in low light. I wish it wasn't as expensive as I usually have to wait for a sale on it to purchase. I still love the card though!

                    Yes this card will work in a camera that calls for a SD card. Simply make sure that your camera is capable of accepting 8gb. If your camera is a older model, there may be limitations.

                    No, but some laptops have slots, or can be upgraded to have sdhc slots. In this case, you could use it as a thumb drive.
