I have used the 32 gb usb and it has came in very handy for when I am traveling on the road to transfer my files over from my pc or other external hard drive over to the USB PNY attache. I had trouble withe the first one that I purchased (considered it was just one bad in a batch) but spoke to PNY tech and he gave me great instructions and advice on solving the issue.He even offered to send me another one immediatly if I wanted to return the device, this is after he spent his valuable time being patient and understanding on working through the issues with me. I was happy with the response fro the PNY tech and he was very cooperative with me and may I say very patient. I returned the devivce to the store I purchased it and replaced it with the same and since then I have had no trouble with using the device. May I add that the PNY tech actually called me later to follow up on my issues to make sure that he store that I purchased it from took care if the issue at hand. Thank you PNC and the Tech that spent the time to call back and check back with me to confirmed that my issues were resolved.

The sliding end is very difficult to operate and often interferes with insertion into the port. Also this design does not provide good protection for the connection end.
I should have known that the price was too good to be true. I did have reservation when I saw it, but I left price over rule good judgement. It is also slightly more bulky that most flash drives. I have always trusted HP, but this was far from what I have expected and recieved from HP. It is still functional, and I will continue to use it. I did get what I paid for.

            like that it has a cap that slides and is not easily lost. Would have liked a lanyard or something to attach it to lanyard so that it would be easier to keep up with and not lose.
