We upgraded our small business phones to these Panasonic phones from the last generation with high hopes of these holding up better than the ones they replaced. After spending nearly $1000 on a base and 4 additional handsets we began having problems with all of the units after 6 months. Disappointing.

If only it was easier to learn

This is a wonderful product with a myriad of uses that my office staff can't figure out how to use. The booklet is so vague that it takes several readings to figure out how a feature works. We still haven't conquered all that we know we would use. I wish that some outside source (or someone) would provide clear instructions for use
