    I had just purchased the set of 4 phones on sale at Staples and wanted to order an extra handset. The model listed online was discontinued and the new one cost twice as much so I was upset. I called back and the next person found another model that would work with the KX-TG9341T base and cost the same as the discontinued model. It was very easy to set up and connect to the base. Thanks Staples!

    This is a really good phone. I bought 2 of them. One works very well but the other one drops calls within a few minutes. I think that there is something electrically wrong with the 2nd one if it's dropping calls. This phone model has been discontinued so I don't really know how to remedy the situation.

            This is my second panasonic phone set. The first one is still in use. I like this new one because it has the talking caller ID and the Night Mode features.
