I wish it blinked to show I have a call waiting. I must go right up to the headset and look on the screen, remove the phone from the headset to see if there is a voice mail waiting. It's confusing to set up an automatic answer..so i must pick up the phone, hit talk to answer my call..can you give me easier directions..i'm confused..thanks

I read reviews about battery problems but ordered it anyway. You need to read the instructions. The instructions note that you must clean the ends of the batteries before inserting into the phone. It also states you must keep from touching the ends of the batteries. Over all this is a good phone for home use. It takes up very little space on the desk/counter. The phone only has two ring tones and they are both wimpy sounding not good in a noisy environment but adequate in a home setting.

I like that it is a small phone, does not take up a lot of space on the counter and is portable.

I bought this phone after having to return another manufacturer's product - a brand new piece of junk. Unfortunately this phone was about $10 more expensive, but I guess you get what you pay for since the other phone didn't work properly. This Panasonic model seems reliable ... no complaints.
