I returned an AT&T phone to get this one because it also comes with a portable handset which allows me to access both lines (including my business line) and check voicemail from upstairs (home office in basement).

I have been very pleased with how simple it was to set up, how clear the instructions are, and the quality of the sound. I have already done a 3-way conference call using it, and received messages. It takes up relatively little space and in the future I will be able to hook it up to my PC and use my address book to dial calls!

Having a home office, I was in the need of a phone with an additional handset so I wouldn't have to run each time my business phone rang when I wasn't in the office. This phone offers the luxury of being anywhere in the house or even outside during business hours.

I currently only have one line to the office, but with my business expanding, in the future I can see the need for two lines, so it made sense to choose this phone with its two line capability. Also, being able to add additional handsets is a bonus as well.

This phone was very easy to set-up and has been working flawlessly. The only change I have made is to the cord. It included a very short and inflexible cord for the handset.
