    After having to throw out 3 RCA phones due to loud humming/buzzing noise, we purchased these and they are handling our needs fine. There is a delay when dialing but that doesn't affect us. Easy to install, much higher quality than the other phones we had! Glad we switched!

    This phone has good features and adequate sound quality. However the speaker phone doesn't work on my unit, nor did it ever. Also there is a delay between entering the numbers and the phone actually processing them.
    However,it does do the job and was decent value for the money.

              Overall the phone works fine. The only problem I'm having is on the display. It keeps indicating "Low Batt" and i can't get it off. The other features work fine and its easy to use. Not bad for the price. I work in a very small office, its just myself and the CEO. The phone is perfect for our use. I wouldn't recommend it for a larger office that requires heavier phone usage.
