Q: We have three phone lines.Our main number (line #1) has a rollover number (line #2) through our phone service and then we have a separate line (line #3). With this phone could we have the all three lines still since the two #'s are used as one? Currently with our phone system if you call our main # and it is in use, it automatically rolls over. Our separate line we use as a direct line. We would also like to know if we could have separate voice mail for each of the phones we get- can I transfer the calls to a voice mail? When the receptionist answering the phone needs to transfer a personal to a voice mail on another phone or extension. All the receptionist needs to do is press the pre-set station that the voice mail is saved to, & then transfer. When first setting up the phone, you will be prompted to set the phone setting, to have these individual voice mails setting linked to a station. Q: I am looking for a phone system that will allow me to have more than one outgoing message. For instance, the caller would hear "If you are a current cust press __, if you are a new cust press ___" and the call will then be transferred to the appropriate mail box to hear the information needed. Anyone should be able to leave a message and only need one mail box, but if they are directed to separate mailboxes that's ok. I will also be connecting a fax. I actually only have one phone line, I'm just trying to cut back on the length of message the caller has to listen to. The current customers don't need to hear info for new customers and vis versa.
