When using the speaker, people on the other end are having difficulty hearing me. My voice breaks up. I tried increasing the volumn and they still had problems. Other than this I like the phone and plan to buy another for the office.

As someone who has never been solely responsible for setting up a complex business phone system, I was very anxious over this process. I was hoping to go cordless, but read too many reviews about poor sound quality. This phone is an acceptable alternative. Good features. After a brief "getting used to" period, it is fairly simple to use and set-up. On occasion, the sound quality suffers (which I suppose is inherent in any sophisticated phone system), but those instances are rare and far between. Overall, I am very satisfied with this product.

Purchased one it died before 3 month. Purchased another one...it died before 10 months (answering machine) Sent second one to panasonic. Received a refurbished one that answers the calls on first ring WHEN IT IS OFF......

I bought this product for my office. I have not been able to use the speaker phone at all. The other caller does not hear me and so I always have to be able to pick up the phone. Can not be used during conference call if your hands are busy typing or holding a pen...!
