I bought this 2-line phone so that I could have a handset in my home office. It's great except that sometimes the handset in the basement rings one long ring until I answer it. The base unit is upstairs.

Other than that, it works great and has excellent sound quality. I originally purchased an RCA but returned it because of its poor sound quality.

I purchased the main phone that includes one extension plus I purchased 2 more extensions. This was to replace a set we had that was now too old. The new ones don't get good ...Read complete review

I purchased the main phone that includes one extension plus I purchased 2 more extensions. This was to replace a set we had that was now too old. The new ones don't get good reception in certain areas. One extension has a super long annoying ring tone that we can't change. It keeps going back to that long annoying ring. the other phones do allow us to choose the ring tone. On the bse phone once I dial a number and it starts to ring the number I dialed goes away and I can't see it on the screen. If I want to check the number to make sure I dialed correctly it isn't possible unless I hang up and press redail.

Replaced my old phone system and went from a 4 line to a 2 line. My last phone was a Panasonic so I knew the quality was there. We use this in our small business and need to be able to clearly hear our customers. So far so good. Works well at a long distance from the base. Our driveway is 700' long.

Top row of buttons for line & menu should be white instead of black for easier navigation.

This would be a great phone for your home or a very small office. I run a hotel and if you enter the elevator you lose all service, you cannot walk outside with it or you lose all service.

We have used other earlier models of Panasonic two line phones and wireless handsets. The earlier ones were more durable, easier to operate, and had a better range. This one is too fragile. We have gone back to an earlier model.
