This frame was difficult to use since the menus on the remote are different from the menus on the touch screen. The remote died after less than a week, and it was then impossible to access certain functions including shutting off the music. The touch screen was not very responsive either. I don't recommend this at all.

This frame was very difficult to use due to the fact that the functions on the remote control are different from the functions on the on-screen menu. The remote went dead after a week, which made navigating almost impossible. The touch screen was not very responsive, and overall, I wouldn't recommend this model.

This frame is awesome. It's completely user-friendly; basically plug and play. I LOVE the fact that it's 4:3 which means you won't have the bars on the side of all your pictures. This is a great value for the money.

I use it in my office, I have purchased other digital frames, the price on this one was attractive as was the size of the screen. Easy to use, image quality is average. Compared to others, this one has not had any problems, I cannot say that for other units that I have purchased.
