I use this pen everyday and have for about seven years. I bought a box of six about four years ago, and only just now has the ink ran out on the sixth pen. Over the years I have broken two and lost two. I am ordering another box of six today.

Love the pen for the size and flex grip for my arthritic hand. BUT to my disappointment I have not been able to purchase refills for my pen which I still have after 8 years. I know the pen is still being made, but I can't find the exact refill for my pen.

This is the most comfortable pen I've found for my arthritic fingers - comfortable to hold and to use.

I had this pen over 8 years and it seems that the ink refill for this pen does not exist because the one for the PHd papermate does not match the original on which is manufactured by Sanford No. 51411 1.0 mm 01. AB Japan... This is the original refill that I use to get but cannot find this kind anymore. I have to wind up getting the newer brand of PhD in order to have the papermate refill to fit the pen.. I am still keeping my older one because it last for a very long time and is more classier than the newer model and much sturdier.

I use this pen everyday and it is the only pen I will use, I like it's size and it feels good to write with for a guy who has big hands. None of those skinny stick pens will do the trick for me. I only wish that the retail stores that use to stock this pen will carry it on a regular basis. When I need a pen, I need it now, and not a few days later by mail. I drive a truck for a living and use my pen everyday. The only thing that I think is not so great about this pen, is the PRICE! Could be more affordable. Lower the price, sell more pens. I also would like to see the pen come back in assorted colors. That way there would be no mistake in telling who's pen is who's.

This is my 2nd pen like this. I was having trouble finding refills for my previous one and came across refills and the same pen at Staples.com so decided to purchase both pens and refills. Thank you so much for the convenience.
