The sides of these files keep getting stuck as you put them into a drawer and take them out of the drawer, plus if the file is not full, getting additional papers into the file while it is in the drawer is very hard to do because of the flex sides on the folder. You'll end up taking the whole file out of the drawer just to add one piece of paper. I ended up cutting off the sides so that they could still be used as hanging file folders.
