Not sure what happened with other reviewers but it was easy to find template on Pendaflex website. I quickly typed labels and had no problem printing whatsoever. Entire process took a few minutes. I found the perforations easy to tear. This product surpassed expectations.

I actually ended up cutting them up with a pair of scissors. Couldn't match any product number in Word 2007 so I had to locate one with similar dimensions. Pretty flimsy paper also.
