It's fine...not flimsy not super sturdy, just fine. The only complaint I have is that the slots on the inside of the Pendaflex file (where you would insert the plastic tabs) are not all cut out. There is at least one slot on every Pendaflex you have to pick at to remove in order to slide the tab in. It's not a huge complaint but when you wear acrylic nails and are trying to be speedy it's a bit of a pain in the butt!
