    they really cared about customer satisfaction they
    wouldn't be so greedy. I, for one, will try some
    other product. Sometimes it's these little things
    that bring customers into their store & then we
    buy a lot of other items.

        Other brand's white out pens crumble and make a mess when you try to write over the white-out. Pentel's give you a smooth hard surface to write on.

            I started using the Pentel correction pen when I was still working, and it was, by far, the most efficient and best correction product I ever used.

            And now that I'm retired, I'm still using it (but not on my computer screen). Ha! Ha!

            I did find, however, that when I went to buy a new one, they had to be ordered into the store, and I don't understand why they are not stocked in the stores!
