These pencils were on sale at a local Staples and it was worth it. If you take a lot of notes and erase a lot, this pencil is for you. It has a jumbo twist eraser that is easy to use. This pencil has a comfortable grip for extended periods of writing. This pencil writes as smooth as a pen and the lead won't break on you. I have owned mechanical pencils from different manufacturers and this is one of the best I ever had. Take it from an office supply geek, you will not be disappointed.
