      The Philips 9399 Digital Dictation work like the older style. You are able to transcribe from the device or plug the dictation recorder automatically downloads your audio files directly onto the computer.

    Does this recorder allow you to 1) REVIEW and FAST FORWARD to find a mistake or something you want to change while dictating, then 2) DICTATE OVER the file as you work, to edit it? Thanks.
