Employeer had on hand. Had a headache one day, took some and pain went away. Another time, had an earache, took some and pain went away. Stuff works better than any brand name I've had that I've stopped buying the others all together and pick up a box of this when needed. The only downfall is that you have to order it online and have it shipped direct or to the store for pickup.

I buy it for the office. I love that each dose is individually wrapped.

Also, its awesome to throw into your pocketbook and have it when you get an unexpected headache.
