Accidently ordered this - meant to order the retractable version. Pen writes great! Love the even flowing ink and the fine point. It is a great pen, however, when you are using the pen the cap will not stay on the end of the pen.

Now the cap issue may not seem like a big deal, but it drives me and my co-workers crazy. When it is a hectic day, the last thing you want to be doing is picking up the cap of the pen off the floor, or trying to find the cap buried under all the paperwork on your desk. Also, without the caps, the pens roll off the desks. We find caps all over the office....just one more thing to annoy.

I've never experienced a pen with a removeable cap where the cap was not designed to fit firmly on the other end of the pen.

Unless you want to constantly test your abilty to ignore minor but persistant inconveniences, DON'T BUY THIS MODEL - buy the retractable pen model!

We use these pens for medical records and love the very dark ink with a fine point.

The only bad thing is that the cap doesn't stay on top of it when you are writing and then it gets lost and you can't close the pen any longer and everything gets dirty.
Everything else - perfect. The only pen with which my handwriting is decent.

Been using this pen for years - only complaint, caps don't stay on end of pen while in use. Quickly learned not to throw them away without the pen - Now have a stock pile of caps to use when needed.

by far the best low priced pen on the market. i need to write in very small places and the fine tip is perfect. effortless writing.
