Thermo-sensitive ink formula disapears with erasing friction
Highlight and erase repeatedly without damaging books or documents
Erasable highlighters are not recommended for use on legal or official documents. Do not expose to extreme temperatures less than 14 degree or greater than 140 degrees fahrenheit
If highlighter is exposed to temperature that reaches 140 degrees the ink will be colorless when writing. To restore color, cool to at least 14 degrees in freezer and the ink will again write in color

Good but not the best

I am a psychology grad student so I use my highlighters quite a bit to highlight in my text books and journal articles. I also use it occasionally on my knitting patterns.

I am a psychology grad student so I use my highlighters quite a bit to highlight in my text books and journal articles. I also use it occasionally on my knitting patterns.

There are some things I do and don't like about this highlighter. I like the fact that its erasable so when I'm tired and get highlight crazy I just erase. I also like like chisel tip on it. I Some highlighters just make too thick of a line. This one also dries quickly on the paper quickly and I've never had any bleed through.

The things I don't like about this highlighter is that sometimes I feel like the ink is too light of a color and then I have to press down kind of hard to get it to be darker (for the yellow- I haven't tried the other colors yet). I also feel like these wear out quickly. Some of my non-erasable highlighters I've had for years and they are still going but these are already starting to fizzle out. I don't think I've used them all that much!

Overall I like these and I would probably buy them again but I just wish they would make them a bit darker (just a smidge please!) and make them longer lasting.

Ink dries out if you leave the cap off for 2-3 minutes at a time. Best use is for textbooks or other printed materials that do not need to remain in top notch quality.

I like having the ability to highlight study material in my Bible without making a mess. The Frixion is a great highlighting pen to mark special places to come back to and then just erase the places that you have no need to keep. What's not to like?

Nice idea if it worked. The highlight does not rub off very easily. Acutally ended up rubbing hard enough to remove the text it was highlighting. Maybe it works on certain paper types. Not really impressed.

I bought this product--erasable highlighters--because everyone has had those times when they accidentally highlight more than they intended. In this regard, this is a good product: the highlight CAN be erased, albeit sometimes with more difficulty than one would like. However the major drawback to this product is that it FADES in high heat. And the ink that is in the highlighter fades to white in high heat. I learned this the hard way, having kept my highlighters in the car during the day while I was at work and found them faded and useless by the end of the first day of ownership. Therefore, if you are a casual user of highlighters without a need for a high degree of reliability, these highlighters will work for you. Otherwise, don't waste the time or money.

This product was not at all what I expected. The picture made them look big and when I got them, they were very small. The color isn't very bright at all and you can not use it to highlight more then a few words at a time with out it running out. You can erase the highlighting, like the product offers, but it will smear the ink badly. I tried it on printed invoices (that have been sitting on my desk a few hours, so I know the ink is dry) and hand written notes in ink, both smeared. I was very disappointed in this product.

This highlighter Does erase BUT it isn't very bright. It's dull so it is not very useful for making things stand out :-(. I would rather have a bright, non erasable highlighter.
