Great Refill

I really like gel pens and looked everywhere for refills - finally found them here at Staples. These appear to be identical to the original ink supplies and write just as smooth and easy as the original. I am curious why they are so hard to find, but in my search I noticed that very few stores carry refills for any pens. Refills should cost significantly less than the original pen - but they don't. Just another example of what is wrong with our economy... Carry on - smoke 'um if you got 'um...

I use red pens to grade students' papers but have never found either red or blue Pilot Pens to equal their black pens in either quality of writing or endurance. It is embarrassing to be writing on a student's paper and see the red ink grow fainter and fainter.

The black pens are the best but I don't care for any of the refills.

I love this pen. The ink goes on smoothly and darkly, and has a nice soft grip. The only problem I've had is the smear-factor on magazine-type paper.

I've been using G-2's for years. The G-2 is the best overall liquid-ink refill I've ever used. It writes smoothly down to the last drop, holds a good supply of ink (especially for the price), has a long shelf life, and fits many other brands of pens on the market not listed above, making it a wonderful alternative to the ridiculously short-lasting, expensive, sponge-filled rollerball refills offered by those companies.
