I am an online professor and need a new headset/mic to use on my web classrooms. I've had good luck with Plantronics and this product would also work with a Mac (most others required Windows).

I have only used it once but feedback was that the mic was clear (and I could hear just fine).

I don't particularly like the headset which wraps around the back (which this does). I prefer headsets that go over the top of the head, but there were no Mac models with that type of headset.

This hurts your ears since it does not have an adjustable band. You can use it only for a very short period of time. They have another model with the adjustable band. That works much beter.
