    I've had this unit for about two weeks now and it works great. Clear, lightweight, and it's great to not have to be tied down by a cord.Only problem I've had with Plantronics is that according to their website's compatability program, the HL10 handset lifter is not compatible with my Samsung iDCS 28D phone at my office. Didn't realize that until after I purchased the headset becuase everything I read touted the two pieces together as great. [...]

        I would recommend to anyone with a home office who is on the phone a lot. That is why I got it and it's awesome. I am on the phone for hours at a time and it's very comfortable and easy to navigate with.

        I would purchase again. It did require technical support to tweek all the setting so that the caller could be heard by the headset user. Technical support was easy to reach and very knowledgeable.
