    I use the CS70N in a professional office with an ancient BBS Telecom PVT-30D telephone system. The headset works on all three lines including VOIP line. I purchased the automatic "lifter". Because I am in a rural area, my phone has some noise. The CS70N reduces the noise. Even BBS Telecom told me that such Plantronics headsets would not work, but they were wrong. The only drawback is the battery life limited to 2-4 hours if not seated in the charger. A superb product!

      This is my second attempt with this model. After 6 calls I was told by Plantronics tech support that the first was defective. It was slow to connect and you could not control the volume. The replacement is very slow. It take 3 to 4 rings just to have the receiver lift the hand set. then up to 6 rings before it connects. It is junk don't buy it.

      My only issue is the earpiece is not durable. And from what I have learned from the Plantonics people one cannot just order a new ear piece. Twelve (12) units in our office for less than 2 1/2 years. Have had to replace 3 after warranty. Short warranty period. Would recommend with durability warning.
