  The Cisco model phone you have has both four and six wire headset jacks. The model H251N SupraPlus NC Headset must be used with a Plantronics USB headset adapter or amplifier to fit the Cisco jacks in order for it to work with your phone.

What connection cord and/or adapter does this Plantronics, monaural, noise cancelling headset, model HW251n (H251n?), item 568903 need to connect to the Panasonic wireless expansion headset model KX-TGA9 39T (DECT 6.0)?
