I am glad the other two folks liked this item. It did NOT work for me and the instructions were poor. I ended up tossing it out. I was very frustrated by it.

I am a telecommuter who spends > 50% of my time on calls. I like to roam around the house while I'm working. Being able to answer and end calls while away from the handset has been a great advantage. The automatic lifter is a wonderful accessory to the Plantronics headset. I am truly delighted..
