Answered on 3/24/2011 by Christina M from Staples A: I bought an M22 for my Cisco 7940 phone. After speaking with customer service later it was determined I did not need the M22 as the headset plugs directly into the headset jack of the Cisco phone. However you need the quick-connect to RJ11 cable, which comes with M22 and apparently can be purchased separately. Answered on 5/6/2011 by Paul from Carmel, Indiana
