I use this headset daily for B2B sales and personal use - rare to use a phone without it. It has good quality sound in and out bound, headband is very comfortable and the volume and mute switches are easy access. Mute works very well. Only negative is each of the 3-4 I've owned seem to last just beyond the 1yr warranty. But the sound quality and comfort are good so I keep buying another. If you're willing to pay the price on an annual basis, this headset will not disappoint.

This headset does do the job, but only if you are wearing the headband. With just the ear piece, the volume was not adequate, nor was it very comfortable. I spent some time trying to use the ear piece only, but finely had to add the head band. The head band is comfortable enough, but not comfortable to leave on the whole day. All in all, not a bad product

I really like this headset when using the over the head features- the clip that hooks on your ear doesn't hold very well or line up with your ear. Very comfortable to wear over the head. Overall a great product! Highly recommend.

My headset fits in perfectly to my cordless phone at home, but not my cell phone, which has a larger hole for the jack. Are there adapters I can use?

  Yes, there are adapters that will allow this to work with cell phones. Staples item#867696 and item#648024 are ones that might work with a cell phone.
