      Comments about Plantronics Savi W430 Wireless Headset:

      Bought one of these for a travel headset for VOIP. Love the concept, but there is something fundamentally wrong with the design. The headset simply will not hold a charge! Contacted Plantronics and to their credit, they sent me a new one - no questions asked. It was defective too! Believe me, this is not user error. I followed the instructions to the letter. The first headset would say it was charged and then drain to nothing in minutes. The worst surprise was giving it a full charge and then taking it from my backpack to use it - but no charge. The second unit won't even register a charge. I put it in the charging base and the green light blinks for a while until it is solid green (meaning fully charged), then when I try to use it the pop up window says 0% remaining. Sheer frustration. Maybe the Voyager line is better - but don't buy this one! Next step - get my money refunded.

        Will this work with Avaya One-X Agent. I normally must click an icon on the PC when a call comes, will this eliminate this or will I still have to click the icon.
