    Got this to replace an older Plantronics. Excellent pairing with the iPhone 4S. Haven't begun to tap all the features but it is really easy to use. Even the earpiece tabs work excellent. I was a bit apprehensive about it staying in my ear because the earpiece seemed so light I kept thinking it would fall out...does not! Love being able to put it in quick and take calls without having to wrap an earloop around my ear. A simple small case to protect it when throwing it in my briefcase would make it perfect...just a simple squeeze-top case not much bigger than the earpiece would do it...no zippers and nothing fancy or big...keep it simple and elegant.

    Easy to set up. Gives voice response "Talk time: four hours" however, if I have an incoming call and turn the earpiece on, it connects and asks if I want to answer the call*. It should immediately answer if I turn it on during an incoming call. Hanging up isn't a simple single push of a button either. *The voice recognition asks you to say a command, and "help" is not one of those commands. It asks you to "say Answer" if there is an incoming call but recognizes a perfectly enunciated "Answer" only one out of five times.

    I do not recommend this earpiece especially if you are technically-minded. It will leave you with one big Ball O' Frustration.

            I have always had great results with Plantronics products. This is no exceptiuon. However, for me the one main drawback with the unit is it does not announce the number of the incoming call. Voice command works great. The ear piece fits better in my ear than does a very viable compeititor. Since I use this ear piece an average of 10 hours a day - I travel a lot by car - I would like to see a longer battery life - more in the area of 4 hour talk time and a 12 hour standby. Unit comes complete with home and battery charger-
