Post-it's to me are a great product to begin with. This particular one is as described yet the storage space I use for a number of things, paper clips, smaller post-it's or what ever else I am inclined to be using at the time. It is used next to my computer and is definately handy to write my notes then slap them on my monitor for when I need them. The unit is small enough and has great rubber grips on the bottom so it doesn't slide all over my counter top. It takes the traditional size replacement post-it's so that's not a problem. I have no cons, however whenever I clean there is always the proverbial stuff clinging to the rubber strips like dust and of course my dogs hairs. That is more my personal ongoing cleaning duty, not to be mistaken as a negative for this product. It's a product you have to try on and see if it works for you.
