        No, this is a dispenser that includes the flags. Item MMM680RYGB2 is a pack of red, blue, green, and yellow flags, and can be used to refill your existing dispenser. Unfortunately, they are not currently available on Staples.com. If you would like to place an order for them, please contact us at 800-333-3330.
