great modification tool

These are some great, versatile products. The medium size leaves about an inch or so on each side of the binder so that it doesn't hamper the ring and such. The velcro-like closure works well, its not too difficult to take disengage, will keep your items in place without coming undone, and like regular velcro, can be used the life of the product [from what I can tell from the week+ of various usage]. The adhesive on the back to stick to the binder is enough to keep in place, but not too abundant that it leaves a bunch of sticky residue if you want to take it off. It seems to be reusable on various binders [and likewise items] a couple/few times before it loses its holding power. Which is expected. And remember , at least the medium and small size, in my opinion is used for small notes, folded paper, holding post its, and such. I think its a bit over-kill to use anything too hefty [lots of erasers, heavy pens etc], the adhesive may not hold. Regarding the plastic, it is a very strong plastic. Very well made/constructed, and I would not worry about the material tearing, breaking, bending etc. There is a small strip at the bottom that allows you to write on if you need to label it. Otherwise most of the unit is clear [except for some aesthetic dots and such]. All in all a great product that is versatile for your binders and such; especially for those that do not have pre-made pockets. These would really come in handy.

I am a substitute teacher and carry different things to each class...this is perfect for sticker books, flash cards, stamps and postit notes. I plan to go buy the larger 8x10 size pack and several of the 5x7 size to organize my receipts at home. The fact that they stick and stay and can be very easily removed and stuck some place else is great. This is a product I think every binder, calendar and address book could use for all the little papers your waiting to transfer into your different books. They are very durable and open and close easily. The closure could be a bit bigger or longer across the pocket just incase something bulky is put in and won't quite catch the edge.

I have been looking for a way to keep what I need with my calendar (ie Post-It notes, clips, tabs, etc) inside my calendar without thefear that these items might fall out. Also, I did not want to fish around in my purse for what I needed. This is a great find for me and I smile everytime I open my calendar to make a notation or check a date!

I purchased this pouch to use in the front of a notebook that I've been using to collect my Mom's medical information. It's handy for small items that don't hole-punch well, and I've put a pad of post its in too so we always have note taking paper available. It's a little too tall to fit the pocket that's on the inside cover of the 3-ring binder I'm using it in. All in all though, it's working well and I like the closure -- it seems more secure than a lot of other velcro type closures. Having 3 in the pack let me share with other family members.
