    When the blade becomes dull can you replace the blade or sharpen the blade or must you replace the whole product? What's the life span of the blade and of the product?

      The blades cannot be sharpened; however, they can be replaced. The life span of the blade depends on usage. The blades typically last several years.

    Encvelope sizes #9 and #10 are specifically mentioned. We receive smaller return envelopes as well. Will they fees thru the machine? What is the max size which can be fed thru the machine? Thank you.
