This product paid for itself the first time we used it -- by saving hours of folding in a letter campaign.
So far, it has held up well; and has been acurate. I haven't had the same problems that I saw on other reviews -- such as the ability to keep the letters on the tray. You need to set the tray up properly; and when you do, the letters generally stay in a stack without falling down. If you set it up slightly wrong, they'll fall off the edge.
The one problem I had involved trying to set a stack onto the feeder while it was still running from the previous stack. Don't do it. It jammed the machine and made me redo a dozen sheets. It only takes 5 seconds to press the stop button, load the paper, and turn it back on.
Otherwise, after several months and several jobs, it has been reliable, sturdy and productive.

It is costing me more in lost productivity than it ever saved in the first place. We will be replacing this model with a much more stable unit...if I can find one!

I love this little guy. Saves a load of time folding and pressing. Only fault. I used a smaller size paper than it was set for and it took me a while to make proper adjustments. Works beautifully. I rated it 4* but it really is a 5* for the price. Sofar have done about 2,500 pieces.

This folder would not consistently fold neatly. We would be going along fine, no one went near it and all of a sudden it would start wrinkling the papers. We tried tech support which made it worse. We have been unable to make use of this machine.
