                  I have always used PrintMaster ever since I got my first computer. I use it to make address labels, CD labels, signs and cards. I usually upgrade every 4 years to get newer clipart, fonts, and ideas. The PrintMaster Platinum 2011 software is not like the other PrintMaster programs. It does not recognize previous PrintMaster software and will not import any project or addresses from my PrintMaster version 18. I have an address book of over 200 names that I wanted to import in to the new software. I finally uninstalled it from my computer and am using the PrintMaster version 18 again. It is much more reliable and easy to use. What were they thinking to put out such a lousy product? Since Staples won't take back opened software I am out the money I paid for this worthless software. It is not Staples' fault, I think it is buyer beware. Watch out for this one.

                      Have used PrintMaster Gold 10 for years & loved it for is versatility & ease of use. Had to upgrade to PrintMaster 2011 Platinum, as my old Printmaster program would not run on Windows 7, after getting a new computer. Program lacks the added clip art, which must be gotten online. Does not offer as many choices for templates as prior programs & is much harder to navigate & use. After using it a half dozen times, the program now refuses to start, stating that there are too many fonts & files for it. I store all my work on external drives so I don't lose work with a computer failure, yet the program still refuses to run. I wish Broderbund has simply made a fix to run the old program with Windows 7 instead of making a new one that doesn't work as well.
